As the VP of Human Capital, you will lead the development and execution of HR frameworks and strategies from the ground up. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Serve as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns and foster engagement.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong team.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Establish a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance and accountability.
• Assess and implement impactful training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple locations.
• Oversee the selection and management of HR systems, including HRIS and ATS.
• Develop and uphold company values, culture, and morale-boosting initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR best practices within a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR regulations across multiple countries.
• HR experience in both large, established companies and fast-paced startups.
• Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and employment regulations.
• Knowledge of digital assets and the crypto industry.
