For iNSearch, 2025 has been a year of rooting inward and expanding outward.
Beyond moving into a larger office, we witnessed the team’s trust, synergy, and passion through various events and activities. From the highlight moments of iNS’ Night to the warm interactions during the CSR volunteer experience, every step brought us closer to the ideal iNSearch —a team where professionalism and warmth go hand in hand.

In May, we relocated to a brighter and more spacious new office. The open layout symbolizes a new chapter for iNSearch, filling every corner with energy, collaboration, and creativity. This is the place where we grow, connect, and build our future together.

Our three iN’s Night events became some of the most unforgettable moments of the year. Speakers and attendees exchanged insights and personal career stories, creating genuine conversations across industries and roles.
On these evenings, we embraced hope, moved forward with purpose, and bravely shaped the future we want.

This year, the job market faced severe challenges: global labor shortages, widening skill gaps, generational differences, and an aging workforce, all of which made it harder for companies to find the right talent.
For the first time, iNSearch published its Talent Acquisition White Paper, analyzing market trends and challenges, exploring how different generations can create synergy, and sharing actionable recruitment strategies. In the wake of AI boom, we also highlighted how companies can enhance efficiency and candidate experience to stay competitive in 2025.
>> EVP: Weekly English Classes: Leveling Up Our Professional Edge
We officially launched the cultural initiative EVP: Weekly English Calsses, which goes beyond language learning; it reflects our mindset of openness, curiosity, and continuous growth. We believe that lifelong learning and a global perspective will enable iNSearch to stand firmer and look further in the international talent consulting landscape.

Through two very different activities, we experienced the many dimensions of teamwork:
- Ninja Warrior Challenge: A mix of sweat, laughter, and cheering as everyone pushed beyond their limits.
- CSR & Yilan 2-Day Retreat: Finding meaning through volunteer service and strengthening our bonds through a slower, mindful pace.
Looking Toward 2026
