A leading consumer brand with a strong presence in the Taiwan market, currently undergoing a key phase of organizational transformation following a recent business restructuring.
This is a critical HR leadership role, responsible for driving organizational alignment and transformation. Rather than maintaining existing HR operations, this role will focus on identifying structural challenges, optimizing people practices, and partnering closely with leadership to reshape how the organization operates.
Responsibilities
- Organizational Transformation & HR Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational gaps and drive transformation initiatives
- Lead structural adjustments to improve clarity, accountability, and team effectiveness
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related decisions
- Compensation & Performance Framework
- Review and redesign compensation and incentive structures to better align with business goals
- Establish performance management frameworks that drive accountability and results
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- HR Business Partnering
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to address organizational and people challenges
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams
- Strengthen managerial capability in people management
- HR Infrastructure & Governance
- Optimize HR policies, processes, and management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with local regulations while enabling business flexibility
- Build scalable HR practices to support future growth
- Culture & Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transition
- Bridge legacy culture with new business direction
- Drive employee engagement and retention through clear communication and leadership alignment
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or brand-driven organizations
- Proven experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, or change management
- Hands-on experience in designing or revamping compensation and performance systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
