Senior Accountant

Summary

I’m partnering with a global leader in media localization and entertainment services, partnering with leading streaming platforms, film studios, and content providers worldwide. 

They are seeking an Accountant to independently manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for the Taiwan office while working closely with the regional Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who enjoy taking ownership, working in an international environment, and building broad finance experience. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing. 

• Handle daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow management. 

• Prepare and maintain tax-related filings, including VAT and withholding tax. 

• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions. 

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reports. 

• Partner with the regional Finance team to support daily finance operations and cross-border collaboration. 

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support finance-related projects as needed. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 

• At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience. 

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes. 

• Good command of both English and Chinese. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central is an advantage. 

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
