Summary
I’m partnering with a fast-growing semiconductor technology company. They are looking for an Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager to strengthen its engagement with the capital market and external stakeholders.
Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for investor relations, capital market communications, and corporate communications, translating business and financial developments into clear and compelling messages for investors, analysts, media, and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and other capital market stakeholders.
- Plan and execute earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and domestic/international roadshows.
- Develop investor presentations, Q&A materials, corporate profiles, and other communications in both English and Chinese.
- Analyze financial performance, industry trends, peer companies, and capital market developments to provide insights to senior management.
- Support regulatory disclosures, annual reports, shareholder meetings, and other capital market communications.
- Develop corporate communications materials, including press releases, media kits, company profiles, and key corporate messages.
- Manage media engagement and ensure consistency and accuracy across external communications and corporate channels.
- Support industry conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events to strengthen the company’s market and technology visibility.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, and R&D teams to align external messaging and ensure effective communication of business and technology developments.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations at a listed company, equity research, institutional sales, or a related capital markets role.
- Strong understanding of Taiwan’s capital markets and public company disclosure requirements.
- Solid financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and business performance.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical information into clear market messages.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
