Summary
Our client is a large-scale listed technology company with multi-billion-dollar annual revenue, thousands of employees worldwide, and a global manufacturing footprint.
We are looking for a high-potential professional to work directly with the COO on key business and operational priorities. This is not a traditional administrative EA role, but a position designed to gain broad exposure to business operations, cross-functional management, and executive decision-making, with long-term development potential toward general management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO on key business, operational, and management priorities across BUs and global operations.
- Analyze and consolidate business and operational information to identify key issues, risks, and opportunities for management decision-making.
- Drive and track strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and execution.
- Coordinate with Business Units, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sales, and overseas teams to resolve operational issues and drive alignment.
- Prepare executive-level business analyses, management reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Follow through on key management decisions and action items to ensure effective execution across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of experience in technology, electronics, ICT, EMS/ODM, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in Business Operations, Program / Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, PMO, or related functions is preferred.
- Networking / communication equipment industry experience is a strong plus.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High ownership, maturity, and ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- Fluent English with the ability to work directly with global teams.
