Summary
Lead the development of Energy Management System (EMS) solutions for global four-wheel EV and overseas market applications.
Build and manage cross-functional EE, ME, FW, and SW engineering teams to deliver scalable energy platforms.
Ideal candidate has strong embedded firmware background with system-level leadership experience in energy, EV, or power electronics domains.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead EE, ME, FW, and SW engineering organizations.
- Establish development processes, technical roadmap, and execution structure.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product, and Operations teams.
- Lead development of EMS platforms including energy monitoring, control, and optimization systems.
- Drive system architecture covering power distribution, battery integration, charging, and telemetry.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept, validation, to commercialization.
- Work closely with overseas EV and energy-related customers on technical requirements.
- Lead engineering execution for customer programs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers for production readiness and scalability.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and engineering process maturity.
- Support compliance with automotive, energy, and industrial standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency and product reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in EE, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience in EMS, EV, power electronics, or embedded system development.
- Proven experience leading EE, ME, FW, and SW engineering teams.
- Drive long-term growth in global EV and energy management business opportunities.
