Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers, driving long-term business growth and expanding opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Own the commercial engagement across major system manufacturers and design partners, promoting component solutions from design-in through production.
- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and executive stakeholders to identify customer needs and secure new business opportunities.
- Understand the ecosystem and supply chain of AI, server, and high-performance computing markets, positioning solutions to align with customer product roadmaps.
- Work closely with regional sales, marketing, product management, and technical support teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate business forecasts, and contribute to regional revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to support business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10 years or above of semiconductor sales or technical sales experience, preferably covering enterprise computing, networking, or data infrastructure markets.
- Experience managing business with Taiwan-based ODM/OEM customers and familiarity with complex design-in sales cycles.
- Knowledge of system architecture, semiconductor components, or hardware platforms is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success working with multinational customers and coordinating cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Experience in multinational semiconductor companies is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills for frequent interaction with regional and global teams.
