Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth in the Taiwan market by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, solution positioning, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand existing business while acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Understand customers’ operational challenges and work closely with internal solution and engineering teams to deliver value-driven automation solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance market presence and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer records through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline prefer.
- 3 years or above of B2B sales experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, industrial automation, robotics, material handling, logistics, 3PL, or related industries.
- Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing complex solution-selling projects with enterprise customers is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Business-level English communication skills are preferred.
