My client is a well-established global consumer technology company with a strong presence across both core and emerging international markets. As part of their continued profitable growth, they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance function.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer payments and ensure accurate allocation against customer accounts
- Monitor receivables to ensure timely, full payment collection, escalating and resolving any delays
- Own key customer account relationships, investigating and resolving credit claims and invoice queries in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Retrieve remittance and supporting documentation through customer portals
- Contribute to weekly cash flow reporting and forecasting for the AR function
- Prepare periodic reporting on accounts receivable and credit control performance for the finance team
- Partner with the order processing team to maintain clear communication around open orders and outstanding receivables
- Maintain regular customer communication via email and online portals
- Follow established process documentation and maintain compliance with internal financial controls (SOX)
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control function
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently through established procedures and follow up on open issues to resolution
- A collaborative, positive attitude with a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Working proficiency in English (reading/writing); verbal communication skills a plus
- Strong academic background, with a clear interest in building a long-term career in finance
