Responsibilities
- Support Product and Test Engineering teams in the implementation of new product test solutions and continuous improvement projects, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule targets are met.
- Provide RF/microwave engineering support to internal manufacturing operations and external OSAT partners to resolve production test and manufacturing challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities for new product introduction, product release, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Perform yield analysis, electrical data analysis, and statistical trend monitoring to identify root causes of product performance and quality issues.
- Support product qualification and reliability activities, including planning, execution, data analysis, and technical reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, test-time reduction, cost optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain product specifications, qualification records, manufacturing change documentation, and engineering reports throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work with global and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support successful product ramp-up.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or a related role within the RF/microwave semiconductor industry.
- Experience with semiconductor testing, including packaged product testing and/or wafer-level probe testing, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RF/microwave test and measurement methodologies.
- Experience with semiconductor product qualification, reliability assessment, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform data analysis and apply statistical methodologies to identify trends and root causes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international engineering environment.
- Experience with data analysis or statistical tools is preferred.
- Scripting/programming experience, such as Python or similar tools, is a plus.
